Free lunch for Students will continue until December 31st!

 The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the extension of the Summer Food Service Program through at least December 31, 2020. This means that all students will be able to continue receiving breakfast and lunch at no cost. Grab and Go meals will remain available at the eight elementary sites from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Students do not have to be present and no student numbers are needed to pick up meals. Essentially, this means the meal options will continue as they have since March 16.

Even though this deadline has been extended, we still need families to complete the Free & Reduced Meal Application that can be found at www.lunchapplication.com. Doing so now will allow School Nutrition to be prepared once this waiver ends and help MCS qualify for our share of federal funding. Please share this information with others.
