WILMA ELLIOTT

Wilma Elliott graduated from Appalachian State University. She taught 30 years at McDowell High School from 1975 to 2005. In 2007 she taught several classes for McDowell Tech. In 2010 she started substituting at the High School and in the spring of 2018 she came to the Early College as an Academic Instructor and a Math Tutor. Her educational philosophy is to help students reach their full potential educationally, socially, and personally.
