Jennifer Slone is a second grade teacher at Old Fort Elementary School. She was born in Asheville, North Carolina and has lived in western North Carolina her entire life. She began her teaching career in 1996 and has taught every grade level kindergarten through fifth grade. When she’s not teaching, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. She loves to go shopping, especially for shoes.
