Beth Gilliland
MCS Lead School Nurse
Elizabeth Gilliland is a graduate of Western Carolina University (BSN and MSN). Nurse Beth is a National Board Certified School Nurse and has been employed with McDowell County Schools since 2011. Nurse Beth believes the purpose of School Nursing is to enhance the educational process by the modification or removal of health-related barriers to learning and by promotion of an optimal level of wellness.
