I am Julie Kirk, and I look forward to assisting you in any way I can. A former principal once told me, "The students hired you," and that message has stayed with me throughout my career at MHS. I have a background in recordkeeping and administrative support. I'm proud to be starting my 19th year at McDowell High School.

I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, a sweet dog, and a spicy cat. When I'm not working, you'll find me at the dance studio with my daughter, shopping, or traveling.

I'm also a big fan of classic rock (if you can name a Rolling Stones song, we're already friends) and love watching football with my family. Go Cowboys, go Gamecocks, and most importantly, go Titans!
