With over 20 years of teaching experience at McDowell High School, Mrs. Ferguson currently serves as a Mathematics and Lead Teacher for McDowell County Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Educational Media, both from Appalachian State University. A National Board Certified Teacher, she teaches Math 3 and AP Precalculus. She lives in Rutherfordton, NC, with her husband and two children.
