My academic degrees include a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a B.S. degree in Science Education (Secondary Biological Science) from WGU North Carolina. It is my belief that the ultimate value of education is about learning to make better decisions, and it is my goal to help students learn science in a way that they can apply it to make decisions with respect to the ever-increasing scientifically-based personal and societal issues.
